What did I like about Visual Impact Cardio?
Visual Impact Cardio is the most comprehensive course around. Its predecessor, Treadmill Ninja Master, helped me learn a number of strategies that I still utilize to this day. This program goes well beyond Treadmill Ninja Master and is really a program that should help anyone get in shape, from newbie to elite. Plus, since it’s just a cardio workout, you can add it to your existing resistance training program or perform it on its own.
What didn’t I like about Visual Impact Cardio?
In fairness this is a pretty deep program so you’re not going to learn everything after only one read through. You’ll find that you have to go back to fully understand all the principles. Additionally, the advanced routine that I’m planning to utilize seems pretty brutal so be prepared for some challenging workouts.
Is Visual Impact Cardio an effective exercise program?
I’ve been performing cardio for a number of years, and I truly believe this program will help take me to the next level. One of my fellow fitness bloggers lost 19lbs and 6% body fat in 8 weeks. I will post my results once available.
Who should use Visual Impact Cardio?
Anyone looking to lose body fat who’s not afraid to put in some time on cardio machines. Cardio gets a bad rap nowadays but used in the manner described in Visual Impact Cardio, it can be highly effective.
Bottom Line Recommendation
I highly recommend Visual Impact Cardio. If you’re looking for an all-encompassing program including workout plans and all the theory and research behind the plans, then get Visual Impact Cardio.

I saw the colleague you talked about who did this program, his results look amazing! To add though, he did do Visual Impact Muscle in addition to this, to prevent losing muscle mass. What I need to know though is, could this be done 2-3 times a week, in addition to weight training and a controlled diet? I don’t want to be buying this, doing the 2 VI courses, and finding I end up burning out and getting ill.
John,
Kevin did have some really good results…I’m hoping to repeat that with my experiment. As for combining programs, I think you could substitute Visual Impact Cardio for the routine recommended in VIMB. For the first several weeks, most days are just 30 minutes of training so I think you’d only really be adding an hour of total exercise to your routine.
Weight training is definitely recommended to prevent muscle loss, especially with a cardio intensive routine. Since I just finished my second go-around with VIMB, I’m moving on to testing another resistance training workout in combination with Visual Impact Cardio.
As for overtraining, I’ll let you know in 2 months!
