What did I like about the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet?
It combines a lot of the best diet and exercise strategies out there into one highly intense routine. The best part about the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is that anyone can be successful with it. If you have a lot of weight to lose, then you’ll probably lose closer to 20-25lbs in 25 days. However, even if you’re relatively lean already, you can still lose 5-10lbs of fat.
What didn’t I like about the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet?
It’s exceptionally difficult to stick with all the guidelines. You really have to plan your social life around your diet and exercise routine. You can still achieve results even if you’re not 100% dedicated, but the closer you follow the program, the more successful you’ll be.

Bottom Line Recommendation
I highly recommend the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet. However, I would only use this program once or maybe twice over the course of a year. Even though it’s only 25 days, it’s literally too extreme to do any more often. It’s the ideal approach for special events and occasions when you want to look your best though.
